| The Professional Standards Committee is composed of a Professional Standards Panel to hear charges of violation of the Code of Ethics on Rules and Regulations, or By-Laws of the Association. This committee matters and prosecutes those through the Ethics Committee when approved by the Board of Directors. The Professional Standards Committee arbitrates business disputes and is charged with the resolution of these disputes between REALTORŪ members of the Association. |
